Carterton  v  Marist    24 - 5

Terrible weather, terrible game seems to sum up this week's effort.  Starting slowly and letting Marist score first didn't help things, but after getting used to the conditions and wet ball we slowly took control up front which allowed some good ball for first half tries to James Matthews and Brodie Wilson.  A lead at half time of 12 - 5.

Having a superior scrum and lineout helped in the end with two second half tries from James Matthews and Swanni Nicho, helping us to a 24 - 5 fulltime win to help celebrate Old Timers Day.
